Interaction Recruitment is currenlty recruiting for a FULL TIME PERMANENT Warehouse Team Leader Manager in Bristol. Are you a Warehouse Team Manager at the top of your game and looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Manager to join the Bristol Depot. Working with the Distribution site lead, Warehouse, and Distribution Teams at the Bristol site you ll be an important part of the team, ensuring quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

Key Skills :

• Experience of leading, mentoring and developing a team, ensuring they are motivated, trained and with the company goals
• Transport knowledge would be advantageous
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including manufacturing, in order to maintain the highest quality and seamless supply chain operations
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the warehouse team

As the Warehouse Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Bristol warehouse. You will lead a team of warehouse/Primary team members, overseeing their activities, setting performance goals and driving a culture of excellence. Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will help maintain the highest standards in ensuring the freshest products are delivered on time and in full to our customers.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent 4 on 4 off Days and Nights rotating
