We are recruiting Training & Know How Co-ordinator to support the TMT Practice Development Lawyer and Senior Training & Knowhow Co-ordinator.

Our standard working hours are 9.0am-5.0pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview:

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
  • To assist the Senior Training & KnowHow Co-ordinator to facilitate internal TMT lawyer training either virtually or as face-to-face events. This includes providing assistance to the presenters, running sessions via MS Teams, booking of rooms, liaison with AV support, arranging equipment, diary management and ensuring materials are made available as know-how/uploaded to Inteleap training platform. Occasional attendance at face-to-face sessions will be required to facilitate the event on the day and to ensure the smooth running of the event/training.
  • To assist and support client training sessions and away days when required (either in-house or virtually). Occasional attendance at face-to-face sessions will be required to facilitate the event on the day and to ensure the smooth running of the event/training.
  • Obtaining/formatting slides and supporting materials.
  • Ad hoc duties such as formatting PowerPoint slides and Word documents.
  • To assist the Practice Development Lawyer and Senior Training & Knowhow co-ordinator to manage and coordinate global away days.
  • Assist with organising Global Monthly meetings
  • Updating/maintaining the TMT Team site.
  • Uploading materials to the TeamSite, document centre and Inteleap.
