CMA Recruitment Group is pleased to collaborate once again with a longstanding client in the search for a temporary payroll administrator. The temporary role will help maintain accurate payroll activities and full training and support from the wider team will be given. The role has the benefit of being either office or home based depending on your personal preference.
What will the role involve?
To maintain the pension, childcare and bespoke deductions within the current and ongoing payrolls.
To ensure high levels of accuracy of data entry.
To monitor and action any emails that arrive into the mailbox daily.
To maintain the expense codes within sage for all companies.
To ensure the payroll Cost codes are accurate and posted accurately.
To ensure Pay As You Earn (PAYE) payments are made on a timely basis
To successfully submit all relevant information provided by HR to the payroll bureau
To Submit the yearly p11d/Psa information needed to provide to HMRC.
To respond to any pay queries that employees may submit, in an accurate and timely manner.
To maintain an up to date list of all vehicles the company own/lease and to ensure HMRC are aware of these to amend the Tax accordingly.
Advanced Microsoft knowledge
1 years+ previous experience in payroll
