I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of our client who is based in Billingham to join them on a temp to perm basis due to growth.
The successful applicant will have experience in Purchase Ledger and be eager to learn and keen to progress in their career. Will be immediately available or on a reduced notice period. Be able to work as part of team or individually.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain purchase ledger database
- Liaising with suppliers re payments, queries etc
- Bank and statement reconciliations
- Cash allocation
- Managing invoicing
- Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy
- Produce reports when necessary
