I am working with a client in Huddersfield to recruit a Team Administrator into the Business Development & Marketing team. This is a great role that offers long-term career progression and support. This role needs someone with a strong Administration background, who is organised and resilient.
You will be responsible for:

  • Manage, register and update portals, maintaining up-to-date company information
  • Daily monitoring of OJEU alerts, CA and locate possible opportunities to circulate to the team in accordance with the bid process
  • Work to the guidelines of the bid process to carry out roles
  • Maintain and update all approved supplier documents/market engagement documents/onboarding documents and questionnaires
  • Preparation and population of SQ/PQQs/bid documents.
  • Update - CVs, project sheets, capability statements on a regular basis with new information
  • Co-ordinate and keep reports up to date
  • Provide general support to the team on business development and marketing-related activities, together with some general administrative duties
  • Assist in the compilation of documentation for bids and tenders and other business development and marketing projects
  • Update / maintain company registrations to various industry associations

  • Secondary Roles
  • Ensure marketing materials / documents and company information is up-to-date and current
  • Digital Document control, updating relevant internal 'Intranet' documents (including Asset Library)
  • Support the M&BD team where applicable.
  • You must:
  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal, written and designed formats using appropriate media for different audiences both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of the Portals and OJEU process is desirable.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure that any marketing-related material generated is grammatically and visually correct, free of spelling errors, on brand and conveys the correct message.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines and with pre-determined templates
