The successful Support Engineer can look forward to working within a small but growing team, working across a variety of technologies, with a focus on anything from Helpdesk, desktop through to assisting the infrastructure team
The successful Support Engineer will ideally come with the below experience:
• A great communicator with a real can-do attitude towards both getting the job done and customer service amongst the stakeholders you d support.
• Office 365
• Basic Hardware - Dell or HP
• Wintel Knowledge - Win 10 / Server 2003 - 16
• Understanding of ITIL
• Basic networking capability
• Experience with IoT would be desirable but not essential
The successful Support Engineer can look forward to receiving a starting salary ranging from £25,000 to £32,000, 25 days holiday, 5% pension and a host of other benefits.
On top of the above package, our client can offer the successful Support Engineer the opportunity to work from home on a split basis, typically 2-3 days in the office depending on companies needs.
