My client is a large residential property developer who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for cover in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire from Thursday 21st July 2022 for two weeks.
Details of the role are as follows:
The scheme consists of 50 units over two phases.
You will need to have plenty of residential construction experience in a "no1" Site Management capacity.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS cards are required
Dates are Thursday 21st July - Friday 5th August.
£250 - £260 per day CIS or PAYE.
