Role - Service Desk Analyst

Location - Chester (Hybrid working)

Duration - 6 months (Potential to extend to 12 months)

The Role

Provide first line support to internal clients (employees) via voice and chat as part of the 24 7 Global Service Desk. Partners with regional and international partners to deliver best in class client care.

Successful candidates will have:

Strong client care background
Comfort in a call centre environment
Desire to expand knowledge surrounding IT (Role involves troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary systems via phone/chat which will be trained.)
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skillsThe Team:

A friendly team made up of full time employees and contractors of all ages and experience from IT to retail. Based in our Chester office, we partner closely with teammates In India, Singapore & America to make up the Global Service Desk. We are passionate about client care and supporting each other to achieve our team and personal goals whilst having as much fun as we can.

Core Skills:

Excellent Client Care / Customer Service skills.
Ability to work in the intensity of a high-volume inbound call centre/live chat whilst upholding the highest quality standards
Identify the nature of the user's needs through effective questioning and listening.
Work well as a team and build relationships to the global partners.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently.
Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling.
Able to work in a fast pace environment.Desired skills (not essential)

Technology Call Centre/Service desk
Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of problems and incidents.
Good level of IT literacy.
Knowledge of MS Office suite, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype.
Network - Remote Connectivity/VPN.
ITSM Remedy.
