Your new company Processing of orders for all service-related parts and labourProcessing of parts transaction through business systemAssistance with warranty provisionAssistance with service offering relating to either fitment, maintenance, or warranty requirementsEfficient planning and deployment of mobile teams/subcontractors to facilitate customer requirementsEnsure that all stakeholders are updated of the overall project plan for builds for mobile fitments (Sales Team)Liaise with both the technical team and the purchasing team around any significant product defects that should be escalated to the supplierAdminister with support from technical team warranty periods for customer vehiclesMaintain and record specific KPI's relating to serviceMaintain a professional manner at all times; punctuality and efficiency are essential.Provision of guidance and advice to customers on the purchase and installation of productAttendance of customer meetings relating to issuesAny other ad hoc duties as required by the Head of ServiceMaintenance of accurate recordsCompliance with Company Health and Safety proceduresCompliance with Company Quality and Environmental standardsCompliance with Company Security proceduresEnsure all safety and environmental procedures and standards are always maintained and adhered to, that any accident or near miss is dealt with and reported appropriately, that you and your colleagues act in a safe manner alwaysAny other duties as required by the Head of Service
