SEN Teaching Assistant
Full-time, long-term position starting from September 2022
Earn up to £360-£400 per week
"Good" graded primary school, located in the heart of the Wirral
Staff car parking available, as well as great public transport links
Must have a minimum 2:1 degree in a Psychology or Education related field
Perfect for aspiring teacher, education psychologist, councillor or speech and language therapist
Previous experience working with SEN desirable, especially 1:1 mentoring
Previous experience working with children with dyslexia desirable

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to work alongside the SENDCo and other class teachers to provide essential support to pupils that may require extra attention. You will be responsible for supporting and facilitating inclusion, encouraging pupils to be as engaged as they can with the learning tasks set for them. As an aspiring educational practitioner working within SEND it is important to gain hands on 1:1 classroom experience in order to be able to progress further with career aspirations.
