We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager / Head Of Sales who is as passionate about delivering great customer service to join our clients Prestige Main Franchised dealership.
Duties
Drive sales and financial targets
Develop a successful sales team though effective coaching and performance management
Deliver exceptional customer service,
Work with the Group & Brand managers to formulate policies & procedures to increase retail, new/used sales
To help retailer to achieve industry leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
Communicate and interact with other departments within the Retailer, to determine how sales & profit performance improvements can be made
Manage the stock in line with Retailer and Brand requirements
Maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
Ability to achieve manufacture targets
The ability to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with drive & enthusiasm
Self-motivated
Focused on achieving goals and the ability to demonstrate high achievements
Able to hit the ground running
Experience within a similar role
