We are working alongside a well established building services provider, who have a proven track record of delivering a high quality service to their clients and customers. Our client are recruiting for Resident Mechanical Engineer to work on a large site in Battersea, delivering M&E asset engineering.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Completing planned preventative maintenance to equipment identified within the contract.
- Undertaking technical audits of maintenance contract service delivery performance and documentation
- Providing advice on condition, pre-planned maintenance, repair and refurbishment options
- Commenting and reporting on statutory requirements in connection with building engineering services
- Assisting Contract Management on the formulating maintenance programs and schedules
- Analysing and reporting on specialist sub-contractor performance
- Preparing asset registers by undertaking site surveys and compilation of structured lists of M&E and associated plant
Candidate Specification:
- F Gas Certified
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2
- Health & Safety
- Ability to work on own initiative in a small team
- Be proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Clean Driving License
Salary & Benefits:
