Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Stock Management Assistant to join a Global company on a remote basis. We are looking for a candidate who are analytical, comfortable with numbers and have a high attention to detail.
The role of a Stock Management Assistant is to analyse, manage and distribute stock to stores across the UK. Day-to-day you will be using an internal CRM system and MS Excel to identify stores with low stock and liaise with hubs to organise the replenishment of this.
We are looking for someone to join this team as soon as possible.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday with shifts ranging between 07:00 and finishing no later than 16:30. There is also the requirement to work two weekend days per month 08:00 - 14:30 where you will receive an overtime payment of £230.
Duties to include:
Daily stock reports and analysis
Liaising with hubs to distribute stock
Communicating with stores to ensure they are ready for deliveries
Ensure replenishment is met in-line with SLA's
Respond and investigate any queries by both email and telephoneCandidate Requirements:
A professional telephone manner
Analytical with a high attention to detal
Comfortable using MS Excel
Suitable desk-space to work from home
Investigative, proactive and reactive when errors occur
Available to start work in August
