Registered Manager - Children's Home - 400 - 450+ per day
NonStop Care are currently working with a well established local authority who are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for one of their Children's Homes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a children or family centre & will ideally have experience working within an EBD settin
This position allows the opportunity for progression, if you're a deputy manager with an NVQ level 4 or 5, you have a fantastic opportunity to progress your career even further, which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction
This position is offering very attractive rates of pay of up, with potential for over 450 per day, which will allow you more money during these trying times & ultimately increase your overall work satisfaction.
Responsibilities of this position include;
- Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
- Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
- You will be committed to and focussed on improving the outcomes for the children and young people living in the home and on developing their life opportunities and chances

Requirements;
- Residential childcare management experience
- Up to date DBS & licence
- NVQ level 5 OR NVQ level 4
- Experience within an EBD setting
