Quality Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Quality Manager to enhance our FMCG production and ensure consistent quality in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control processes, work closely with the manufacturing team, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Description

• Oversee daily quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with manufacturing team to maintain product quality
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
• Support the Quality Manager in developing quality assurance strategies
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures
• Ensure documentation of all quality related activities

Profile

A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:

• Proficiency in quality control processes and standards in FMCG industry
• HACCP Experience
• Experience in a Supervisory position
• Experience with Internal Auditing
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of quality control software
