We are currently looking for a Project Manager, to join our team in Northampton on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will provide expert leadership and project management across the business delivering new business implementations.

Managing the project pipeline from design to implementation, you will produce clear project plans within defined workstreams, timeframes and budgets. During the project lifecycle, you will provide ongoing status reporting and manage project handoffs and support upon completion.

Operating across the business, you will form key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, present at project meetings and steering committees and ensure all stakeholders are kept well informed of the project lifecycle.

Additionally, you will:

- Co-ordinate internal workstreams/resources and third-party vendors
- Identify skills required in the project team to meet the business objectives
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve any roadblocks that arise

About You

To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:

- Project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Experience of the logistics industry
- Experience of working across functions, cultures and geographies
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with a strong delivery focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a transparent leadership style
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of MS Office including MS Project and MS Teams
- A full, valid driving licence

Ideally, you will have experience of business implementation projects that cover transport and warehousing operations.
