Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in Warrington
Having secured a large amount of new work, this practice continues to expand. As a result, they have opened a new office in Manchester, with hopes of having about 15 people working from this new location and roughly 50 from their HQ in Warrington.
This practice has been established for over 10 years and employs over 50 staff with an equal gender split and great diversity. Within their architectural team they have over 25 staff. They offer architecture, building surveying and, project management services.
To support the practice moving forward, they recently purchased a brand-new office in Warrington as they out grew their last office, alongside opening a new office in Manchester, as mentioned above!
This practice is going through a significant period of growth and have recently received a huge influx of new work.
As a Project Architect within this practice, you will work on a range of large-scale projects within the Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Bespoke Residential sectors. Previous experience in these sectors and using Revit is essential.
The Role: Project Architect - Run your own projects from inception through to completion
- Assist and mentor junior staff within the practice

The salary for this position is likely to be around £45k depending on previous experience. Also, there is a discretionary bonus, flexible working hours, company pension and ARB/RIBA Membership fees paid for.
