Professional Vehicle Damage Assessor

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Professional Vehicle Damage Assessor at a bustling national accident repair centre's bodyshop.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail, this role may be perfect for you. You will play a crucial role as a key contact for our customers, providing them with accurate assessments and estimates for vehicle repairs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering precise and confident vehicle repair estimates.
• Utilizing your prior experience in a similar role to enhance customer interactions.
• Applying your up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques to assess damages effectively.

Role requirements:

• ATA qualified or NVQ Level 3 Damage Assessor qualification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all assessments.
• Experience with quality control measures.
• Safety-conscious mindset during all tasks.
• Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 am to 5 pm (42.5 hours per week). You will receive a competitive salary of £35,000, along with potential earnings of up to £700 in monthly bonuses based on your experience.
