On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Process Operator.

This position is based on a rotating shift system, 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday, however flexibility is key to the role with some weekend working as required. The Process Operator will be covering gaps in shifts so changes in shift patterns can happen.
The successful candidate will have experience working as a Process Operator and experience within either food/pharmaceutical or plastic manufacturing industries ideally. An FLT Licence would also be a bonus.
The successful Process Operative will be trained in all aspect of the manufacturing process. This is a varied role with plenty of training opportunities and an excellent pathway to being a fully trained Operative which will lead to an enhanced salary and career advancement.
