Are you a Process Improvement Manager from a Manufacturing or Industrial background looking to head up Process Improvement for a number of well established sites, with autonomy to make your own mark, responsibility in a high profile position and the chance to play an integral role in a global leading business?
You will be the go-to Manager, implementing change management, continuously improving efficiencies and overseeing multi-million pound budgets. Defining production strategies and assessing financial capabilities, you will play a key role in the on-going success and growth of this multi-million pound enterprise. There will be travel required to certain site locations.

Increasing production in a cost effective manner
Managing 9 sites throughout the UK
Driving change management, increasing efficiencies, reducing waste, improving process
