PMO Analyst Coventry £40,000 - £45,000
I am currently recruiting for an PMO Analyst for a successful organisation based in Stratford upon Avon. The PMO Analyst will support delivery across IT Change Programmes, tracking & reporting on progress across multiple complex IT projects, providing governance oversight and contributing to improvements in our ways of working.
The PMO Analyst will provide guidance on the IT Change framework and associated processes; Establish, monitor and support programme and project management processes and controls to ensure adherence to standards and methods which are aligned to best practice; Analyse information on project progress; Collate, prepare, distribute and present reports, summaries and communications that are clear, relevant and accurate; Support project stage gates and programme 'health checks'; Develop, maintain and report on programme and project budgets, including resources, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure they are accurate, up to date and any issues highlighted.
The PMO Analyst will review, record and maintain programme and project controls, including risks, issues and dependencies; Run third party supplier pre-sales processes and track approval of contractual documents; Measure process performance and contribute to joint process improvement activities; Plan, arrange and manage the administration of meetings and workshops, including the recording of outcomes.
It is essential that the PMO Analyst has experience of budget and resource planning/tracking; Experience of processing requests via third party suppliers, tracking progress and expediting; Experience of collating data from multiple sources into accurate and insightful slide decks to support key project, programme and supplier meetings; Able to deal with a diverse workload, balancing priorities and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed on progress. You will have good MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint and Experience of using PPM support tool is desirable with Project Online, SharePoint and PowerBI experience. Qualifications- Formal PMO/Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, P3O, APM) or willing to work towards.
