A great opportunity has become available for a reliable and skilled Plumber Multi to join a regional company recognized for developing and training its staff to succeed in their roles based in Woking. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £33,280 per annum.
Mountjoy is an expanding construction and maintenance company focused on delivering exceptional service to its clients and customers across the south of England. We employ over 330 staff based in Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, and Horsham offices.
Mountjoy Ltd has recently secured a contract with Woking Borough Council to provide responsive maintenance and void property works plus gas heating maintenance for both in hours and part of a call out rota. This will commence in April 2022.
About the role:
We are seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Plumber Multi with a can-do attitude and flexible approach. Trades persons must have relevant qualifications and broad commercial and domestic experience in their core trades with additional experience and capability to complete tasks outside their core competency. The operative must maintain a professional appearance and attitude and be always polite and courteous.
Responsibilities as our Plumber Multi will include:
Maintaining high client satisfaction through delivery of maintenance and repairs services ensuring a controlled and safe environment whilst working effectively and in a timely manner and balancing constantly changing priorities
Close attention to detail and ensuring that we conclude our work, with the right first-time approach to maximise and enhance our reputation with our customers, is paramount to the success of the contract

What we are looking for in our Plumber Multi:
NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent
Must be competent in 2 other secondary skills
Full current driving licence.
Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector
A good knowledge of residential Building Regulations
3 years experience of Bathroom installations
Previous experience of Laminate fitting (Desirable)
