People Advisor role overview:

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to partner exclusively with our client in their search for a People Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly team, based in Portsmouth. This role is offered on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What the People Advisor role will involve:

• Supporting, advising and guiding managers on company policies & procedures and employment law
• Having responsibility for low level ER such as performance and absence

What you'll bring:

• Proven HR experience including leading on investigations
• Comfortable with low level casework including performance management, wellbeing and capability cases
• Great communication and teamworking skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills, including; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High level of integrity, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
