Description
Part Time Accounts Assistant responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase invoices, supplier payments & liaising with suppliers
Entering financial transactions to the ledgers
Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
Assist with the processing of monthly payroll
Support preparation of month end accounts
General accounts administrationProfile
The candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in a financial environment with a strong knowledge of purchase and sales ledger - Required
Working towards, or achieved AAT or equivalent qualifications - Desirable
Accounting software experience and good knowledge of Excel - Required
Strong communication and time management skills - Required
