Multi Trader

Example Recruitment Group have an opportunity for a Multi Trader with strong Carpentry experience to work for a leading national contractor working in the private sector.

Carry out repair and replacement works on occupied and unoccupied properties, undertaking a range of repairs and void works.

Undertake maintenance work on site as required ensuring works are completed to the highest of standards, always complying with the Customer Service Code of Conduct and completing all necessary associated work documentation.

Carry out appropriate alternative work as and when required; understanding that you may at times be redeployed from Responsive Repairs to Voids (and vice versa) dependent on priorities and levels of demand.

Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent and/or a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or its equivalent i.e. relevant City & Guilds Basic Craft Certificate.

A minimum of 3 years Trade experience working in the building maintenance industry.
