My client are a leading Finance company based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Offering a wide range of finance options to customers, they are a fast-growing business, with a dynamic working environment.
A fantastic new job has opened up to join the company as a Mortgage Advisor. Successful candidates will need to be fully CeMAP qualified and will be responsible for interacting with customers, fact finding about their situations and advising on recommendations best suited to them.
Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor job:
Interact with customers, finding out information on their personal and financial situation
Conduct land registry and credit checks
Liaising with lenders once customers situation is understood to make a recommendation based on suitability, affordability and lenders eligibility criteria
Manage customer and business expectations
Keep accurate records
Manage customer appointments
Assist case managers in processing applications
Required Skills and Experiences for the Mortgage Advisor job:
Fully CeMAP qualified (Level 3 or equivalent)
Minimum 1-year Financial Services experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Strong organisation skills
Flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours
