Logistics Co-ordinator

Class1 Personnel on behalf of our client, who are leaders in their field, are recruiting on a permanent basis for a Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: St. Albans

Hours: 0700 to 1630 hrs, Mon to Fri

Salary: 26K to 29K depending on experience with quarterly bonus achievable

We are looking for a competent, hard-working, and reliable individual to join our clients existing team.

Roles & Responsibilities for the Logistics Co-ordinator

  • Daily Check Reporting & Monitoring
  • Defect Reporting & Actioning
  • Tacho Digi Downloading - Vehicle & Driver
  • Infringement Reporting & E Filing
  • HGV & Crafter Vehicle Earnings
  • Fully Supporting Logistics Manager in Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Planning & Scheduling Vehicle Pmi's, Service's & Mot's
  • Liaising with Motus, AGS (Mercedes) Iveco, HTC & VW
  • Forklift Truck Maintenance & Repair Scheduling, Locators & Windsor
  • Liaising with Forklift Repair Contractors
  • Planning & Scheduling Company Car Service, Repairs & MOT's
  • Daily monitoring of Logistics Board and input of MOT's, and Services
  • Transport & Logistics Invoices, Liaising with Accounts

Requirements & Skills desirable for the Logistics Co-ordinator

  • Transport Knowledge & Skills Highly Recommended
  • Computer Literate, Skills in Excel & Word, Emails & Scanning
  • Creating Electronic Vehicle Folders & Filing
  • Driving Licence Required
