Our legal client based in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm to support their residential and commercial property team.
As Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for preparing documentation, amending documents, contracts, agreements and letters, diary management, dealing with emails, carrying out file audits to ensure they meet with compliance, dealing with client calls and visitors, dealing with incoming & outgoing post, raising invoices & credit notes, monthly expenses, preparing files for archive, supporting admin duties and maintenance on document management system, covering for colleagues during holiday / absence.
To be considered for this Legal Secretary post you will have accurate typing skills, will have used digital dictation, will be experienced in property law or similar, have strong organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal). You will thrive working under pressure and as part of growing team.
This is a busy and varied role and would suit an experienced Legal Secretary looking to move to an alternate legal practice that offers excellent benefits and chances for progression.
