Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading specialist manufacturing company who are looking for a Lead Project Engineer.
The company design and manufacture specialist engineered products used in a wide variety of industrial applications.
This is a detailed technical role to lead on customer and internal engineering solutions as well as leading and motivating a team of project engineers.
The Lead Project Engineer will be responsible for:
- Handling technical queries from customers and internal departments
- Arranging technical support to ensure multiple project delivery
- Motivating, directing and reviewing project teams
- Ensuring technical clarification within projects
- Taking complex engineering decisions to enable the delivery of solutions
The Lead Project Engineer will need:
- A background and qualification in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of complex, technical, package related products
- Experience of managing, leading or influencing teams
- A strong technical, solutions driven approach
- Excellent communication and people management skills
