About the Role
As a Lead Care Assistant, you will treat our residents as if they are your own family. Your responsibilities will include meeting their physical, psychological, and social needs, assisting with personal care activities such as hygiene, dressing, and meal support. If you have prior experience as a Lead Care Assistant, Senior Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or Community Support Worker, we encourage you to apply!
We offer flexible hours for both full and part-time positions across a 7-day week to help you maintain a good work-life balance.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least a Level 2 qualification and relevant senior care experience, with a willingness to obtain a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification if not already held.

Additional Experience:
