A cutting-edge battery software company is looking to hire a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

The Key Account Manager will:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics.

The Key Account Manager will have:
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in a relevant industry.
    Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts effectively.
