I am currently recruiting for a position working with an online retail client looking to add a tech focused manager to their e-commerce team.
You will be tasked with the following -
Mentoring Agile practices within the e-commerce team
Monitoring budgets within project deployments
Looking at Service Delivery
Managing 2 squads of developers and system analysts
Working alongside Scrum Masters
Essentially ensuring that the right people are in the right place and identifying any skillset gaps
Being the first point of contact for pipeline deployments
This is a permanent role based in Accrington requiring 1-2 days per week on site paying up to £62k per annum
