Salary: 29,000 - 32,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Bedford

Are you a confident and articulate sales professional with logistics experience? We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our clients team in Bedford!

The Role:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth through:

• Spot quotations & pricing negotiations
• Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion rates
• Cold calling & building new client relationships
• Managing & developing a pipeline of prospects
• Providing excellent customer service to secure repeat business
• Liaise with operators to identify spare trailer space

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight sales
• Freight forwarding knowledge is desirable and experience working in a similar environment.
• Cold sales and telesales experience is essential
• Using initiative to negotiate rates
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, target-driven mind set
• The ability to confidently engage with clients over the phone
