Humanities Teacher Needed in Wigan - Starting in January
Your new company
A secondary school in Wigan is looking to recruit a Humanities Teacher on a long-term temporary basis. This school is part of a multi-academy trust which was formed from a shared commitment to ensure the local community is well served by its schools. This school is one of the five secondary schools in the trust and since joining the trust in 2015 have worked collectively with these other schools to bring positive change for its students. The most recent OFSTED report highlighted how school leaders have utilised the support of the trust in developing their own leadership abilities, allowing them to provide precise feedback and support to school staff. Over the last 5 years the school has been through a period of positive change, meaning this is an exciting time to be joining a school where staff and students are at the heart of decision making processes to ensure a positive school experience.
The school is located close to the centre of Wigan making it easily accessible by both car and public transport.
