Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join their organisation. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. Please note you will be required to travel between offices in the East Midlands.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Implement effective onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth assimilation into the company.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to supervisors and managers.
Address employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
