My client an innovative FinTech start-up is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to lead the development of their cutting-edge Machine Learning application. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full-stack development and ownership of our core ML platform.

This will involve:

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive the technical roadmap and implementation
• Managing a small, distributed development team
• Hands-on coding 50% of the time, with the other 50% dedicated to team leadership and scaling efforts
• Troubleshooting production issues and driving continuous improvement

The role is structured as a 50% remote, 50% onsite arrangement, providing you the flexibility to work from home while also engaging with the core team on a regular basis.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or similar
• Strong back-end skills in Java, Python, or Node.JS
• Familiarity with Glue42, MongoDB, and Windows OS
• Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling development teams
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
