Estimator

A new opportunity has exclusively opened up for an Estimator, you'll produce estimates from BQs, Drawings & Specifications under both traditional and design & build contracts, working with projects ranging from 50k to 15m.

Tender Preparation & Management

• Appraise and evaluate client tender requirements and specifications
• Abstract and report on contractual tender information
• Efficiently manage tender information and conduct site visits
• Develop subcontract trade package enquiries
• Produce tender stage bills of quantities
• Price tender labour, plant and material rates
• Analyze supply chain enquiries and produce risk information
• Report for tender adjudication and communicate handover of estimates

Client Collaboration & Cost Planning

• Engage early with client teams to provide cost advice
• Develop early stage project cost plans
• Manage client preconstruction phase programme expectations
• Deliver value engineering options
• Manage and report tender stage cost controls
• Work within collaborative client team environments
