Engineering Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an engineering manager has arisen, to work for a business near to the Farnborough area.

Salary: 62,000 - 70,000

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Location - Commutable from Farnborough

The role requirements:

As an engineering manager you will be at the heart of the business, supporting enginers, ensuring maintenance services are kept on top of. As well as meeting all KPIs and budgetary targets.

• Leading, managing and mentoring a team of onsite engineers.
• Comply with all standard practices and legal standards.
• Drive continuous improvement onsite.

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in managing teams and handling budget responsibilities is essential.
• Hold relevant qualifications in mechanical, electrical or controls engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in IT.
• Certifications such as MEWP/FLT/IPAF/Six Sigma / 5S / Kaizen and IOSH / NEBOSH are beneficial.
