Electrical Estates Officer

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Estates Officer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Gloucestershire
Pay rate: 21 to 28 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of electrical maintenance on hospital sites
• Energy procurement and generation
• Planned maintenance, statutory works and HTM compliance
• Inspect engineering systems and equipment
• Produce correct certification and documentation
• Supervise electrical team and act as Authorised Person for electrical disciplines
• Work with estates department, direct labour and contracted labour
