Our fast-paced and diverse IT department is looking for an Aftersales Enterprise Applications (DMS) Consultant to join our Business Systems team.

The successful candidate will ensure we are getting the best from our Aftersales platforms and that the data within these solutions is maintained.

The role is predominantly focused on our Dealer Management System (DMS) product Autoline Rev8 and Drive, which is developed by Keyloop, as well as internal development applications and solutions provided by other 3rd party partners.

The ideal candidate will be process-orientated, pay close attention to details, and have strong analytical thinking skills.

Additionally, this role will require intensive knowledge of automotive and dealer network aftersales processes.


Day-to-day maintenance of our data within our Dealer Management System (DMS).

Support for our Aftersales solutions - DMS, service check-in systems, and digital job card solution.

Ensuring our aftersales solutions are used correctly by our colleagues across the Group with the production of training material or face-to-face/group training.

Creating reports for management around our aftersales data and the use of our platforms.

Maintaining and creating internal documentation.

Managing relationships with manufacturers and third-party suppliers on integrations and data requests and maintenance.

Project rollouts of our software solutions and business processes.

Training and promoting consistent process behaviours to colleagues across the group.

Assisting Business System team members with support, maintenance and projects.

What we're looking for:

Extensive experience of working in the automotive industry or IT.

Detailed knowledge on how to support and use Autoline Rev8 & Drive.

Desire to deliver results in the most efficient way possible.

Experience producing high-quality documentation and promoting consistent processes.

Advanced experience of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in scripting for extracting data - would be beneficial.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of delivering quality.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills (to-the-point and clear).

Ability to both work independently and within a team.

Exceptional customer relationship skills.
