Premium and Credit Control Executive:

Reporting to the Premium and Credit Control Team Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide support to the Premium and Credit Control department to meet internal and external demands.

Main Tasks

Claims:

  • Reconciliations weekly and monthly
  • Daily update of the claims cashbooks
  • Daily system updates with the claims payments

Premium:

  • Review new declarations for any discrepancies or errors and input accurately
  • Raise and process invoices and credit notes where required
  • Chase clients outstanding declarations and payments

General:

  • Produce and oversee production of procedure notes for various finance processes
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual audit
  • Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
