We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. As a Contracts manager your role involves coordinating all project disciplines in collaboration with the Project Manager. Your primary responsibility is to manage the design process and ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality project within the set time-line.Key Responsibilities:- Establish a strategic connection between the design department, commercial team, and on-site activities.- Generate accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports, and general information.- Act as the primary interface with clients and government officials.- Ensure adherence to processes on a project-by-project basis.- Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues and assess design feasibility

- Coordinate and manage both subcontractors and direct labour work forces.- Provide labour costing for various projects to assess feasibility and profitability.- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.- Supervise and coach staff as needed for their development.- Progress reports and address remedial actions.- Fulfil any additional duties as required by management.Education / Experience:- A degree or HND in a construction-related discipline is desirable but not essential.- Previous experience managing projects valued at £20M or more with a main contractor.- Commercially aware with extensive knowledge of construction disciplines, including design coordination, quantity surveying, and procurement.- Demonstrated planned and proven career path in Construction Management.- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.- In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and other regulatory matters.- Excellent analytic and decision-making skills.- Strong written and oral presentation skills.- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.- Flexibility regarding site locations within the UK Candidates must possess the appropriate work permit or the right to work in the UK.Whats in it for you:- Great career progression / training scheemes - Pension, travel allowance and other benefitsIf you are interested, please hit apply or contact me direct on /
