Continuous Improvement Engineer. Our manufacturing client who are part of a global group are recruiting for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer at their sites in East Sussex.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES;
Work on projects within the companies Continuous Improvement program
Deliver coaching and training on Lean principles and CI tools
Project Management of Continuous Improvement projects
Able to use own initiative to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
Provide supporting data and information reports to Engineering manager.
Skills & Experience required:
Relevant time served apprenticeship in Engineering discipline.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified from a credible business or institution.
Practical experience deploying DMAIC problem solving process and implementing root cause and corrective actions within a manufacturing environment.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days
