CNC Setter/Programmer

Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter/Programmer for our client in the Dudley area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and programming CNC machinery to fabricate high-quality components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Duties

• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• Develop and optimise CNC programmes for milling operations
• Strong knowledge of milling machines such as Pumas, Doosan, Daewoo, Mynx, Kitamura
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of machined parts
• Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
• Adhering to safety and quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Programmer or similar role within a manufacturing setting is essential
• Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes, with a strong understanding of tooling requirements
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:15pm
• Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
