Children Home Registered Manager

Salary: £42,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum plus bonuses

Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: 40 hours per week, plus On Call

We are seeking to recruit a competent Registered Home Manager to work at our home based in Wolverhampton.

About the Organisation

Oak Child Care Plus are a small provider of high quality residential and community-based care for children and young people across the West Midland.

We deliver highly individualised care packages to young people from a range of backgrounds and from across the UK, within our specialist small group of children s homes. We will source specialist therapeutic services if required and when needs arise.

About the Service

The home is a 3-bed registered Children s home. We support Children and Young People from the ages of 8-17 build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.

This home is based in Wolverhampton and is within commuting distance from Birmingham, Telford, Cannock and surrounding towns and villages.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or a current Registered Manager who has achieved their Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Care to join our team. As the Registered Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the home, helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.
