Cafe Manager

Alexander Steele Recruitment are working with a client in the Hospitality sector which are looking to recruit a Cafe Manager. The business currently have 6 Cafes and the Cafe Manager will work across each site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple caf locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain company standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws.
• Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures to enhance productivity.
• Maintain high customer service standards across all locations.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and implement service improvements.
• Ensure caf s deliver a consistent brand experience.
• Gather customer feedback and implement changes to enhance satisfaction.
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor customer trends and adapt offerings to meet demands.
