Proven Business Analyst background (required)
Awareness and practical application of BA practices (required)
Demonstrable experience of workshop facilitation to achieve desired outcomes (required)
As-is/To-Be process mapping (required)
Ability to adapt requirements into user cases/stories when needed (required)
Target Operating Model design (required)
Understanding Waterfall and Agile methodologies (required)
Advanced MS Office Skills - Word, Excel (required)
Awareness of IT services and operations (desirable)
Awareness of Gambling industry regulation and compliance (desirable)
Experience of working within a UK-based gambling operator (desirable)Skills and attributes required to perform role
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
