Our client has an established track record for first class residential developments, refurbishment and construction. They are split across three divisions - partnerships, refurbishment and new homes. They are actively looking to recruit an experienced Bid Writer who has a proven track record working in the social housing refurbishment/decent homes sector. Based in their head office in Hertfordshire and reporting to a Bid Manager, your primary duties will be to produce well written, high quality bid submissions for the refurbishment department.
You will also successfully respond to notices and invitations to tender and produce high quality, innovative and compliant PIN's, EOI's, PPQ's and SQ's that are tailored to suit specific requirements of the enquiry. You will also report bid progress the Bid Manager, highlighting salient issues and information.
This is an expanding division for our client providing first class opportunities of progression. As well as a competitive salary and package, there is a flexible work option, enabling the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week.
