Essential skills you will need:
CSCS Site management and SMSTS
Knowledge of GRIP
Working knowledge of Health & Safety/ CDM responsibilities
Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Knowledge of commercial and financial procedures
About your future role:
Your new role as an assistant delivery manager would be to deliver individual projects or parts of projects in safe & environmentally responsible manner. You will also be managing site activity and maintaining accurate record keeping to be able to monitor contract performance. Your new role would also include participating in regular progress meetings and lead site weekly meetings ensuring all policies are adhered to.
