We are looking to recruit an ASB Officer at Hyde.
At the Hyde Group, our vision is to provide a great home for everyone. Our values guide the way we operate as a business: we are customer driven, inclusive, collaborative and innovative.
As an ASB Officer you will deliver an efficient, proactive and customer-focused Anti-social behaviour (ASB) service to the Hyde Group customers through the provision of a front line service to support the management of reported cases of ASB.
You will manage customer expectation at the first point of contact, providing advice and guidance.
You will also provide a full range of ASB casework support including the provision of front line contact and ensure our ASB Service is delivered within agreed time frames and with a focus on excellence in performance standard. Work closely with our partners (internal and external). Ensure necessary protocols are complied with.
Duties of an ASB Officer
The successful candidate will have experience in either customer service or resident services. They will also have the option to work from the Chichester or Lewisham Offices.
We offer a great flexible benefits package, a 35 hour working week, a fantastic pension scheme and the opportunity to work for an organisation whose social purpose is to help provide people with a home.
Diversity and inclusion are integral to the Hyde Group as a social business, and critical in delivering our vision of a great home for everyone. We strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusivity is the norm and not an initiative. Many of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds and experiences, and we re committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace which reflects our customer profile and where everyone is proud to be unique
